She says the routine only takes a few minutes and gives your face an instant, youthful glow.

This method involves applying a warm, damp cloth to the skin to remove dirt, impurities, and makeup that has clogged the pores.
Not only does it cleanse the epidermis, it also gently exfoliates, opening up pores so that subsequent products can better absorb them.
This ultimately leaves your skin feeling softer and your face looking more refreshed.
“I’m 59 years old and I do this every morning to get flawless skin,” Vicky said.
“Pour hot water over a white hand towel. Place the towel in a bowl of hot water or under the sink to heat it up.
“Just apply it directly to your face and lie there for a few minutes to open up your pores.
“Your pores will open up and your skin will feel a little warmer.”
After a few minutes, pat your face dry with a clean, dry towel and then apply your favorite cream or oil.
