It appears that some of the October 2023 PlayStation Plus Essential games have been released ahead of the official announcement.
Dealabs User Bill Bill-kunhas been accurately leaking its PlayStation Plus lineup almost every month since September 2021, and has released what it claims are two headline additions to the subscription service next month.
They are The Callisto Protocol and Farming Simulator 22. According to dataminers, these will be available for download from October 3rd to November 6th.

Essential is the entry-level PlayStation Plus membership tier that gives subscribers access to several “free” games each month.
September’s PlayStation Plus Essential titles are Saints Row (PS5, PS4), Black Desert – Traveler Edition (PS4), and Generation Zero (PS4).
The service’s more expensive Extra and Premium tiers, introduced last summer, give subscribers access to the Game Catalog, a library of up to 400 downloadable PS4 and PS5 games, and a selection of Assassin’s Creed titles. Provides access to certain Ubisoft+ Classics. the publisher.
Features for Premium subscribers include game trials, cloud streaming, and access to the Classic Catalog, which includes hundreds of games from the original PlayStation, PS2, PS3, and PSP.
Sony increased its PlayStation Plus subscription price by up to 35% earlier this month.
As a result of this action, the price of 12-month subscription plans for the Essential, Extra and Premium tiers of the service has increased by $20-40 / £10-20 / €12-32 depending on the membership plan chosen.
Sony is currently testing cloud streaming for PS5 games. This feature will be available to PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers at launch.
This includes PS5 games from the PlayStation Plus game catalog and game trials, as well as supported digital titles owned by players.
